    Why should a shower be tanked? I've never ever tanked a shower in 20 years and not 1 complaint, if its tiled and grouted properly it will be fine!

    When I was in a situation where the builder used ply on the walls, I was stumped on what adhesive to use, so I contacted Bal who recommended only to use a rapidset adhesive as any slow setting adhesive would allow the ply to draw the moisture out before curing properly

    grouting issue

    Nobody should have to use a scotchpad for cleaning down! Personally I think all makes of limestone and ivory are a shading nighmare espeically on walls, i use ardex fs grouts and have the same patchy problem, used mapai twice dried terrible!

    I'm about to tile a 3/4 Plywood Wall ,am I right in thinking that I SBR neat the wood then white slow setting single part flexible addy ? Never been in this situation in 12 years ! Only sticking 16 x 10 light ceramics on.
