    Makita brushless is excellent buy for £149, with a decent blade can tackle most tiles on site work where no power is supplied.

    Been tiling for 39 years , so plenty of experience in all aspects of tiling, walls , floors , porcelain, any stone or moziac Wet rooms, conservatorys etc As well as under tile heating.

    I find both grouts easy to use, only problem I find is when grouting rectified porcelains it dries fast on the face of the tile, but stays to wet in joints, I spoke to technical dept & they say knock it up as stiff as possible. Easier said than done without a paddle.
