    Grout is coming out very easily. My local tile place recommends Keraflex Rapid instead and they have it in stock, they reckon it is better. It means I can start straight away. Any thoughts? Thanks

    No, the tiles are all solid. Down for just over 3 years. I want to look at solutions first so I am informed. If it is fixable by option 1 or similar I may just do it myself.
