    Recommendations- The best knee pads???

Like most of you I’ve tried them all, probs had 3-4 pairs of the alpro pads and my knees are knackered. I bought the tough built gel-thigh support pads a few months ago and they are the best by far

Would you consider working abroad for a short period?

Anyone know what happened to the tiler who started that job in the Cayman Islands a while back, he posted a few pics of himself laying the first tile then that was it never heard nothing. He did say he would provide regular updates.

Would you consider working abroad for a short period?

Used to be a golden rule years ago never ever travel anywhere overseas at your own expense, if any company contacts you offering work then request an open ticket. Any half decent company would sort all your travel arrangements for you, if they're not prepared to then beware.

    Grout not uniform colour

Not something I have done, having said that I don't do much grouting, 95 per cent of my work is commercial and very large floors and the grouting is done for me. On the occasions I do grout especially with ultracolor plus I mix it as per the recommended water content but have never shaken the...

    Grout not uniform colour

Had the same problem with mapei grouts for years ie drying patchy. Next time try giving the bag a good shake to ensure it's thoroughly mixed prior to using it. We have been using grout supplied by porcelanosa recently which is actually mapei ultracolor plus slightly modified by porcelanosa, we...
