Neatly cut in to the ceiling line - the painter will be happy!! There is a bespoke glass screen getting fitted down the left had side.
This is the finished job - notice how i have overlapped the edge of the gully to completely seal this in with the tray.

This was taken just after I had finished cutting in before rolling the second coat. Notice the colour difference between the internal corners which have had two coats and the walls/tray which have only had one.
