Francis Rd after. Floorboards replaced where needed, and screwed down. Then overboarded with 12mm Hardibacker, new bathframe made and boarded with hardibacker. Bottom row of bath tiles and wall tiles removed, bath siliconed in and retiled, floor tiled in Opus pattern using Porcelain tiles, bottom row of wall tiles replaced onto floor. Bath panel tiled in 15mm glass mosiacs
