Adhesive failure - Tile Advice

Hi Looking advice/opinion on what the problem is here, or if anyone else has came across similar . Tile adhesive is crumbling, All I know is that its a new build, sand cement screed, im told the tile adhesive used was Evo stick Rapid flexible

over watered?

Not used evostick myself, but that’s generally from Wickes and the like

No, there's no underfloor heating, Its not the whole floor just a certain area

Looks like the water in the adhesive has been drawn by the screed before it's had time to cuire , maybe it wasn't primed prior to tiling

Not sure if the floor was primed, but surly that would affect the whole floor

Hi I have the exact same problem, tiled with bostik rapid set flexible, (bostik has taken over evo stik here in Ireland) floor was primed, I am a my witts end being given the runabout by Bostik, after 9 months the adhesive can be crushed easily with your hand, 20 years experience and have never seen this before, what have you done to resolve this
