Adhesive out of date?

over watered?

Not used evostick myself, but that’s generally from Wickes and the like

Looks like the water in the adhesive has been drawn by the screed before it's had time to cuire , maybe it wasn't primed prior to tiling

Hi I have the exact same problem, tiled with bostik rapid set flexible, (bostik has taken over evo stik here in Ireland) floor was primed, I am a my witts end being given the runabout by Bostik, after 9 months the adhesive can be crushed easily with your hand, 20 years experience and have never seen this before, what have you done to resolve this
