I've got someone who is complaining about a charge of £27 per square metre for laying 190 metres of large porcelain floor tiles (37.3 x 65.9) in brick bond. Entire floor of house covered so bond had to be maintained throughout entire area. Tiles were laid on concrete floor which was decent enough not to have to level but a good amount of addhesive had to be used.

Would appreciate comments on price.

190sq metres? that's a fair amount of tiling, (and money) I maybe would have given a bit of discount for the scale of the job and to ensure I got the job. Customers always like to hear the word 'discount' they feel they're getting a better deal.
