Understanding water absorption % - Tile Advice

I recently purchased tiles from the Biscuit series (41zero42). Before installing them on gypsum board ( Drywall), I wanted to make sure what is the percentage of water absorption of the tiles, so that I could use a suitable adhesive. Are they considered absorbent tiles? (Over 10%)? I’m not sure about the technical details of the tiles. I attached the details page. I would appreciate any help.

Hi. The tiles are for my bathroom walls (wet).

Seems like a very high moisture percentage content given for tiles in a wet area. not sure how they calculate the absorption rate ,whether it’s by weight or volume In any case it’s very high. Could you apply something like SBR onto the biscuit to lessen the moisture absorption, l would also go for a fast set adhesive also for the same reasons.
