Hi, my first post. 🙂

I'm looking to buy an SDS drill for removing floor and wall tiles in the kitchen and bathroom (and general use) I've got about £150 to spend on one. Thing is I've just bought a house and it needs quite a bit of work doing. After a look around these two drills have been coming up.

Bosch GBH 2-26 DRE
Makitak HR2450

Any comments ont these? Or are there other drills I'm missing?

Thank you.

P.S There is also a Bosch GBH 2-26DFR but it's a little more expensive. What's the difference between a DRE and DFR?

I was in the market for a new drill a couple of weeks ago and a few ppl here advised the Bosch GBH 2-26 DRE, which i have since bought. I havnt used it that much yet, but I have been very impressed with it so far. Hope that helps.

i got mine in b&q about£30 i use it for mixing too nice and slow.they last about a year with the abuse i give it rotary stop hammer stop bargain

I got mine from screwfix for £70. it's a Titan, and came with a variety of bits and attachements, which is always useful. It's quite a hefty lump, though briliant for removing tiles.
