The job:

18 m2 1200 x 600 porcelain on a timber floor. I've been told that the substrate is as flat as a pond but I highly doubt it, none the less, we shall assume for pricing that it is.

No, just tiling. As I said I've been told all prep has been done to very good standard (it won't be) but we assume it has so just tiling... + adhesive and grout
