Poor Wall Condition

Hello to you all, I'm going to tile a friends bathroom, but when the old tiles have been removed some of the wall have come off also, could you please let me know what you would use to fill in the pathy walls, and how long should I leave it before I can re-tile...many thanks

Gypsum Bonding Coat.

Leave for at least a week before tiling (thats what the book says, normally 24hrs!! 🙂). Remember to prime the walls. 🙂

if the holes are not to bad i use some rapid set to fill them or plasterboard dot n dabbed

id use the wall glue it drys hard enough
