Oyster Quartzite Mare - help??

I have two issues:

1. I had an Oyster Q floor laid - huge expanse and expense. It is beautiful. But almost every tile was scuffed. Several were severely scratched. However, I came back to find them all laid... well and truly, to my new underfloor heating. It beggars belief how my tilers thought that I would appreciate a beautiful tile with a large visible groove in the middle of the room where no furniture is to sit..

Long story cut short - my tilers came back to rectify the rather lengthy snag list - I will say not that well, but then took some sandpaper to the scratches after stripping the LTP stain stop. They then resealed. Am now left with large pale patches rather than individual scuffs and scratches...

So, how do I cover up my patches? Is there another prodcut which is possibly more reflective that may mask the **** up?

2. The overall colour enhancement with the LTP is not that great on the Oyster Quartzite. I have tried Lithofin and the colour is so much better. So, can I seal Lithofin over the top of the LTP colour enhancer (that doesn't) or do I (gulp) strip the whole area (50m2) before resealing with Lithoifn?

First up.. No swearing please..

What finish are the tiles.. polished or honed,,?.. meaning shiny or matt finish,?

First off I didn't swear (minor 4 letter word only that your filter didnt like). I only swear when under stress..

Current finish dull and matt: "LTP colour intensifier & stainblock". But it doesn't do what it says on the bottle. It enhances only very slightly. Over all finish looks rather dull to be hnest.

Have some leftover tiles that I have stained with Lithofin Slate Seal - much nicer finish and enhances colours better. So, strip back before reseal or seal over the top?

You cannot mix products..

So it needs stripping back..

Strip back and reseal with a colour intensifier will sort this problem out.
