i would make sure that the bath is suited to your size.it will need a solid secure base and be of a suitable quality thickness to prevent flexing etc.
as the others advise check the fett and make sure they are up to the job,then fill the bath with water,fix the brackets to the wall then pre seal before tilin,then after tiling seal again.i would hope this works:thumbsup:
 
Sometimes it can be the floorboards the bath is sat on which can be the cause, especially at the tap end due to water damage!
Welcome Tim, Hope some of this is of help.

Never use those little brackets anyway, always sit mine on batons around the wall.
