that's good going. I can do about 7.5 miles in about 30 minutes now, whereas when I first started it took me about an hour :lol: I have lost a stone in weight so it's easier to get the bike moving :lol:

I Know the feeling :lol: Did the ride and my wife has just turned up with a Chicken Tikka balti, Bombay potatoes and special fried rice and some beer for me...:drool5: Told her to bin it!!! Ha Ha just eating it now...
