So are there any recommended products out there to repair small chips on the edges of travertine tiles. After installing, I have noticed a few have now got chips on some of the edges. Don't think they are the best quality. Haven't sealed them yet and was wondering if something like Colourfill as used for laminate would be any good? Chips are no more than about 5mm wide.

Not sure if "Jolly Glue" would be suitable for travertine.

I used it for repairs on limestone a while back & it's good stuff..

Someone else on the forum will give you the info you need.

Thanks Stef.
Just Googled it and says it's ideal for travertine. Do you know if widely available?

I ordered mine through a supplier in Ireland, can't remember the company.

It gets shipped in from Italy.

Google it again & see what comes up..

Forgot, when using it mask around the repair & use a filling knife.

If you have any spare tiles then practice on them.

It will show if you don't get it bang on & the practice came in handy for when we filled holes in limestone.

I've used the Jolly stuff to repair travertine - Straw colour. Its a 2 part thingy, a bit like car body filler. Dont over-fill cos its hard to sand down. Use finer & finer wet n dry.
