I have the Makita SP6000 in 110v, 5 years old no problems and in constant use. Not tried it on tiles before but makes easy work of Minerva work surfaces.

Makita make a battery version but not sure if it would last cutting hard surfaces like tiles.

Festool TS55 Plunge saw is available 110v.

Dewalt DWS520KT also available at 110v.

Makita SP6000J - 110v

You're going to find most of these carpentry plunge saws at 160mm blade diameter. They are marketed in the UK as carpentry tools and that's the extent of their guarantee within the UK. Festool however sell the TS55 in Germany as a Stone masonry tool.

If you want something with more power that can also cut wet take a look at the FLEX CS60 wet which is now available at 110v.

One thing to bear in mind with all these type of saw is they cut on the upstroke, unlike a wet tile saw which cut down through the surface of the tile.

This can sometimes create issues with breakout and chipping. Water feeds reduce this or cutting the piece upside down.
