Strauss do a great product range with the option of Embroidery. Worth having a look on there website. For a basic package e.g. few jumpers and polo shirts you are looking at around £50ish see the link below

dagger i use vistaprint aswell. white for white adhesive and black ones for grey! there cheap enough to just throw away when there wrecked. (maybe its just me but im forever wiping my hands on my top)
