Drilling holes!!!

Just got off the phone to an architect i do alot of work for, and he said the chippy was fixing a door stop to the limestone floor i laid before Christmas, and he has managed to drill through the 20mm stone and through the floor screed and straight through the under floor heating and its a water system....so i have to go and remove tiles, dig out screed so they can repair it....so glad the plumber worked it out so you can isolate every room....unk:

isn't water ufh supposed to be 75mm deep? that door stop wasn't going anywhere was it?
