As above if it takes longer, charge accordingly, a lot of the time customer say they are getting average size tile and when you turn up they are like paving slabs, oh and a border as well.

turned up for a kitchen spashy where the customer "decided" she would prefer the tiles on the 45 , so i "decided" i would charge her twice as much as it would take double the time , she "decided" to stick with the original plan.. remember men we are not registered charities !! :thumbsup:

her change was only an extra hour or 2 and she was a repeat customer,who can't stop feeding me(she even went to the shop bought me **** and irn bru of her own back) who also chairs a local social club so the recommendations should pay for it tenfold,if it was anyone else they could look forward to being hit for an extra ^£50:thumbsup:

hey dave , ive done extras for good customers for no extra charge (no not that kinda extras :smilewinkgrin: ) and that is all good but some people do to try to advantage of my lovely nature..:lol:
