Just finished a 28sq metre kitchen utility floor area after grouting some very faint scuff marks could just about be seen on some of the tiles. in one area, at £20 a metre are these cheap tiles that can be marked easy or what I have never had a problem before and I take it you cant polish them out anybody else come across this! they
are 600x600

Yes I am beginning to think that the factory wax isn't washed off properly (by me) do you have any ideas ?

Could try a stripping agent if you think it may be a packing wax, test on an un laid tile or off cut as stripping open up a can of problems, take colour out and sealer, if you have a light alkaline product ,we have intensive cleaner -dilute and white pad perhaps try this first , again first test on an off cut or spare tile.

Was going to suggest the transit wax may still be on the tile....follow bob's advice and see how you get on..

Maybe also possibility ,a slight residue of polymer from grout, again test the light alkaline first I think. White pad and test
