"Exclusive" 12 plot new build home; this is what qualifies as good these days.

After much discussion this is all "acceptable"

I guess I paid extra for the chips!

I was told it was an independent tiler with significant experience described as an "old flame", but I will need to confirm what's actually occured if that's true.

I will raise to the directors of the builder and development company and see what they decide is acceptable, but so far they only agreed to fix the shower trays by removing a few tiles, no other areas - still going to end up with the same cuts aint we!
