Every ten linear meters. The British standard does not offer guidance on aspect ratio but I think the general guidance is no more than two to one.

Surely for a floor of that size the movement joints will already be in the substrate?
What is the maximum width and longest run of tiling, are there any pillars and what is the construction/make up of the screed?

That depends on the screed type and the zoning.

Any screed should have isolation joints between independent zones an across door thresholds. Sand cement should be further split into maximum 15 m2 bays according toNHBC but calcium sulphate would only require joints at the points already mentioned.

Whats the betting there wont be any in the substrate, or am I just being cynical.
