Dreadful work! Can’t imagine they will be able to correct it as their benchmark of what they consider to be a quality job has already been demonstrated. Refuse payment until satisfied.
So he would have to pay out of his pocket for new tilles to fix what he has messed up? Is this a common thing people do? He left now as he did mosaics downstairs toilet which was so shocking you wouldn’t believe it. It’s a whole other level of bodge and I pointed it out to him and he left which is probably a good thing but I’m not sure if he would come back and resolve it what should I do?
