She is still working there but doesnt like the job, a new sales director has come in and is trying to throw his weight around saying stuff like if you dont get a sale this weekend then we may have to reconsider your position etc etc.
She went to a meeting last week and he told her he didnt think she was selling enough, this after she has smashed her half yearly target of 6 houses by loads, and has had the boss cancel three of her sales.
She even had a guy offer to buy an entire block of 12 apartments still at first fix stage, and the freehold, to be told by the boss "sorry its the year end and im too busy to look at the figures".
She thinks that there trying to bully people into leaving so they dont have to pay redundancy, although the yorkshire sites have picked up other counties are still dead as a dodo, and so it looks like there making more cuts.
Bit of a joke really, and really grating, the work generated by flogging those 12 apartment blocks for tradesmen sat on their hands.... and the boss cant be bothered to look at the figures.
Still at least more staff laid off means he can still keep him mercedes or whatever. :mad2:
She's only got a few weeks of her beuty therapy NVQ left aswell and is looking to set herself up part time doing that on evenings and weekends which dont really fit in with her persimmon job, and ontop of all that were moving another 20 miles in the wrong direction for her to get to work.
She's probably looking at alot less cash short term by leaving persimmon as she gets £600 a house commission, but its either lose the cash or watch her come home upset every day so its a no brainer really.
If she gets the fiat job ill let you know, she might be able to save you some cash on those parts you need, or are inevitably going to need in the future for that scudo of yours :lol:
