Natural Stone Remove cooling liquid for natural stone - Tile Advice

Unfortunately my van start loosing liquid on this stone.Any special product can be used for remove this?

I'm not sure about Lithofin equivalent but LOT spot stain remover and fullers earth may work....

Once I used the sand and it worked.
It was chips oil.
But it depends on how long it has been deposited.

I had same few years back, stain had been there for a few weeks and cleaner didn't work! I used a heat gun and it evaporated stain to virtually gone, then resealed.

As plan tec, if oil based ,Test a suitable stripping agent should break this and make more soluble to remove, may take several attempts and work the complete tile, if this fails -a gel oil poltice could be tested .
