As th title says anybody know any good deals at the mo, need approx 50m2.
Calibration not too important as the client is going for the Rustic look
The room is a wine cellar concrete screed to be Slc'd was going to grout with sand & cement, does anybody still do this?
only time i've grouted with sand and cement was an outside steps in heather browns. took days to clean them back like new
Did you apply the mix wey or semi dry?
Damp sawdust usally brings em up nice for me
it was wet if i remember (was about 12 yrs ago) i've heard that tip about the sawdust but never needed to try it. i've grouted patio s with a dry mix then then a fine spray of water on it to start curing
Tend to find with the dry mixes they need to be packed down or they drop into the joint when water is applied..
yes i use it quite often always use it on slate use it as you would grout
try sheera modular slate from tile giant, i was getting it for 13 per pack at .72m2 per pack, comes in a
1 x 60x40
2 x 40x40
1 x 40x20
2 x 20x20
calibration not to bad for the price and u might need to dress a few corners but all in a nice stone to work with
cheers
andy
