Never click the links in emails like those. That scam has been around for years and will always be around.
PayPal, eBay and many other online companies that may have access to your details would never ever request that you 'login here' to update something or other.
ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS open your internet browser yourself and type in the web address and login yourself if you need to.
You will only recieve an email from PayPal when you actually update your account and it will be a confirmation type email and not one asking you to do anything.
