Masks used when applying sealers?

who uses a mask when aplying sealers? and what make or brand do you use?
I must admit I havent used masks, have always made sure the room is as well ventilated as can be, however have noticed that lateley it has really been getting to me, as high as a kite:lol: but also getting on me chest So was wondering what mask is best? I know i need a face mask but its not the one im after😛rrr:

i mostly use lithofin and never use a mask, i dont get high on it, lol
but i did a slate floor a while back and the fumes actually burnt under my eyes and hands , 1st and last time it ever did this ,

no mask for me either but i do wear surgical gloves as my hands are always covered in cuts
