hi wayne..green star will be spot on for a kitchen.....as long as they are ceramics.....( not glass /porcelain etc.)

went to buy green star without a trade card on me and they said £20, i dread to think how much fast flex is without a trade card.

why without spacers? you need the space as very few tiles are the same size, and it helps with uniformity. try 4mm if you want small gaps.
