Hey guys, this is my first post here!

We do a lot of external stonework and tiling.

Can anyone recommend a decent laser to ping round external walls. At the moment we are leaning towards the Dewalt tough green rotary laser

Hi and welcome to the forum Tom.
For external works, you'll need something with a receiver, no laser I'm aware of will show up outside to any great extent, however a green laser has to be the way to go. Red will be next to useless.
You'd still need a conventional string line or chalk line to work in conjunction with your laser.
Most lasers I've encountered with a receiver will work to about a 50m distance.
