Chipboard & Aquapanel

Hi all. I'm new to the forum and after some advice please for an en suite (1.5m x 1.5m). I am planning to lay aquapanel over moisture resistant chipboard (not the green stuff) and wondered if the chipboard needs to be primed / sealed prior to gluing and screwing the aquapanel and if so, what product to use.
