look at instructions while eating check
Whats that door maximum 1360 :yikes:
Door not wide enough check
Next time check before hand check

What would you guys do not got time to change door and customer is starting to smell so needs it done asap

i even assembled it and at the very maximum im 30mm short

as above most 1400 shower doors are 1340 to 1400 failing that you should be alble to buy 30mm extension profile or you may have to pack out the sides before tiling

still short after tiling am just gonna over board both sides and re tank should be ok with that. Had a moan to the company i got it off saying a 1400 door should be 1400 not 1360 they was willing to change it but would have to wait for it and this needs to be done for the weekend.

Pop round to a local metal works or engineers for some polished u (or c......take your pick!) channel to replace the existing profile that attaches to the wall. I have done this before

Do you think you could locate your screw holes tony? I'm presuming about an inch would make up enough? Once tiled as well. See if you can get one side down relateively undamaged and scrwe some 1" x 1.5" PSE to the exsisting batons/stud.
The PSE will measure about 22mm-ish. I reacon adhesive and tiles would make up the rest?

sorted boarded over with hardibacker 500 doors going to fit nice and snug nearly tiled ill post pics when grouted.

To be fair even though it was a pain in the bottom to change, the revels look better than they would have done as its beefed them up a bit

I thought the same worked out better imo just need to silicone up when i get round to it feel like I'm been pulled apart at the mo i need to be in ten places at the same time.
