We'll soon have two-step verification enabled on the forum for extra security. This isn't going to be mandatory, but it'll be an option for those who are security conscious.
For those that aren't sure, you'll use an application like Authy on your mobile to gain a code, which you enter into the forum.
If you lose your phone or logins for authy, we can disable the two-step for you so that we can get you logged in.
