I have a 50m2 roof terrasse laid in 1996 for a new house. No sealant was installed so that now, after 14 years, water is seeping through the grout/substrate and through the underlying roof. Apparently (as per advice on this website) I need to remove all the tiles/substrate & redo the whole job again. The property is in France!! 40 minutes from Boulogne. We could no doubt come to an arrangement regarding channel crossing/accomodation etc. I guess its about a weeks work.
