Silestone being quartz is more forgiving though and helpfully lighter (less heavy is probably more accurate) than either marble or granite, even at 30mm thick. Your biggest issue will be how it's been attached to the cabinet tops, a good installer will have siliconed the entire perimeter of cabinet where the slab touches. You'll also probably find shims between the top and the cabinet which is levelling the whole top at the joins.
