Could someone on here let me know what model number the scoring wheel is for this machine. I keep getting sent the wheels for a kera cutter. These are the same 12mm size but fatter. I need the skinnier 12mm. Thank you in advance as i know someone on here will know

This is almost certainly 1 of of them tiles.it just wont snap a small cut cleanly. The only thing i would try other than a wet cutter or grinding the whole tile. I would scribe the tile as normal.then run your grinder about 1 to 2 inches into the tile then place the snapping handle just in front...
