Hi Phil, Don't know what job of the month is so you are safe , thanks for kind words the floor between the borders was taken up = every single tile and then the tiles had edges & backs cleaned of mortar the damaged screed underneath was removed & re-laid /repaired and then the floor was put back( total floor is about twice as big as pic) took a month got lots of pics of job but too many to show.
