Odd sized drill bit needed - Tile Advice

Anyone know where i might be able to get hold of a good13mm diamond drill bit or hole saw for porcelain tiles?

Need that size to fit a set of small led niche lights that im.planning to fit.

No idea how ill feed the cables through when Its all boarded out and tiled!
