That looks dodgy as hell but I swear to god after going though the database of entries and comparing them to the forum databases, the first few chosen weren't even members. Either somebody entering lots of times or people just hearing about it and entering the comp.

And to confirm, the lads at Victorian Plumbing picked the name out of a hat!

But still, looks proper dodgy lol :p
