Hi all
So my tiler laid 125m2 and in the doorways and across the living room floor left the grout out so I could use a larson mastic joint for expansion purposes.(didn't have the mastic in stock when the floor was laid)
My quandary is the detra matting under the expansion joint is not split so I'm having trouble understanding how the joint works if the matting is there to stop movement then surely it should stop and start at the joint or am I wrong the tiler who installed the floor said that's the way its done and the tile supplier didnt really have a clue.
