Just ordered a Sigma 3b4m Max cutter.
Was toying with a Montolit Masterpiuma but don’t hear of many complaints about the Sigmas and spares availability ‘seems’ to be better.
Interested to know how many owners turn the handle around so they’re cutting towards the measuring guide and how many leave it as it comes and cut away from my measuring guide?
Cutting towards the measuring guide is what I am used to and it obviously stabilises the tile a little bit more as it prevents the tile sliding forward as you’re scoring.
Any issues holding the tile steady if cutting away from the measuring guide?
