Hi. Who installed it ?
Gas engineer fitted x3 new fires then customer asked him to fit fireplace he’s done dozens before but never limestone. Customer hadn’t had fireplace sealed prior to installation. I’m trying to help friend out as customer with holding whole invoice amount. I’m not sure why who installed it is relevant now tho as damage is done!

Only asking who installed it as it could have been a company who installed it wrong. Then they would have had to rectify it.
