Hair Line Cracks In Tiles

Hi lads, tiled a complete bathroom about 10 months ago (floor + walls to ceiling) and customer has been back in contact to say that some of the tiles have cracked, i went to see them and right enough there is a very fine crack line on some of the tiles, i must have done about 150 floors and this is the first one i,ve had to return to. I use the same method every time, (6mm hardie backer, glued, screwed and fiba tape on joints) told the customer that i will return tomorrow and he informed me that more cracks have appeared, i feel as though my work and system is tried and tested so is this a problem with the substrate floor??? any advice would be welcome, thanks in advance.

The floor seemed ok when we first started the job as for the tiles the customer provided them, ceramic floor tiles from homebase.

I wont know this until i take up the cracked tiles tomorrow.

Just thought you might have an inkling as to how the joists or boards went before you start digging

Homebase tiles would be my main concern

To be honest the builder i do a lot of work for laid the hardie backer at the time, i arrived an hour later.

Get him to dig the floor up then!
God knows what the floor was like underneath

I know what you're saying but this joiner/builder knows what he is doing i've worked with him on jobs for years, he said the substate floor at the time was fine.

And he glues and screws...not being funny just trying to look at all angles but you probably won't know until you take up some tiles..

Yes he fixes the boards as they should be done, i know you're not being funny just gratefull for any input.

How many m2 is the bathroom floor and is there an RSJ running underneath the floor ?
