The flat above the one I'm working in needs the bathroom tiles replaced. It's a rental and a relatively small job; 2 sides of a bath fully tiled, end half tiled. I can supply the landlord's details via PM. I'd do it but I'm too booked up at present to deal with this in a timely fashion.
