Trim on 3 edges of window

I have a window in the corner of the bathroom. One side is flush with the reveal. Should I only trim 3 sides or will this look stupid?

Does it step back on the handle side ?

Yes there's a step back on the handle side! And unfortunately for me there's gonna be an inch left of the wall should I use a trim

What you could do is feather it back towards the window from that point.
