travertine flooring, do i have to polish?

after sealing the floor tiles, do i then have to polish it??? will it make it easier to clean if i do? will my dog be able to walk on it without going arm over tip? thanks in advance for your time.

Be aware that if the polish isnt clear and you have used a light grout it will colour it, especially if the trav isnr honed.

Generally dont polish, use a maintainance product from your sealer maker

As long as the floor is fixed properly and is sealed properly I would not use anything on it
