no i cant do your job before xmas..!!!!!!

turning down 2/3 jobs per day all because it has to be done before xmas.....why..? its 1 day in the year, the bathroom or kitchen floor has looked the same all year, so what difference dose it make, dose anyone really visit people over xmas and care that there bathroom or kitchen hasnt been retiled.....:mad2:

come january i'll be sat on my backside scratching round for work...lol

I know the feeling , Got the same issues here ...got to a point I am ignoring the phone !
Although the one job I have has said that if i cant do it until after xmas its ok...Bonus !

same here got so much to fit in think i've got greedy this year and taken to much on feeling stressed and drained still got 3 full bath refubs to do and just started a wetroom and i'm off to amsterdam next week for a few days.

same here, turned down 4 bathrooms for a local tv celeb hotelier the other day, they tried the old "do you know who we are?" routine. I replied very politely that I was aware they were semi-famous but i wasn't prepared to leave booked in customers in the lurch.

It's sickening 'cos I know I'll be sat on my arriss come Jan. First thing I say now is I'm booking work in for the new year, is that any good for you? Saves time finding out about the job only to be told needs doing before xmas.
