I forgot to post this last week. The screed is a yellow colour so identifiable if you come across it on site....

"fast drying" this can be subjective, and be affected be many outside influences but will be good if it is faster then the screeds we have now. Will we still be governed by 85%RH for gypsum adhesives and 75%RH for cement based adhesives, and laitance? I welcome the yellow colour has a lot of calls we get are asking how can you tell anhydrite from sand/cement. I believe Tarmac once did a pink anhydrite screed but not seen it for a while.

Sounds good, compared to the anhydrite screeds we know how much quicker drying do you expect this to be? Ofcourse the conditions vary
