is what i had written on the envelope of todays invoice. Thay didn't ask for a price up front. Turns out it was lower than they thought (foiled again) but 100 quid tip offered if I put some skirting board on... go on then...

Word of mouth, gave them a price that was below their expectations and they have large familys and a big social life so hopefully will get more work out of it rather than hit them with a big pay day!
Also told them in my invoice (half Joking) that I wanted a glowing reference or come and tell me why not as there is always room for improvement.
